A Compromised Position - Does the position of the queen predict a downfall?

ECLIPSE Image Number 01040001

Pictured is a plump queen in the most unladylike position of toppling over off a stool. The illustrator even makes the queen’s underwear the most obvious element in this image. There is obviously a lack of respect for authority pictured here. Under her stool is a mouse looking over its shoulder while running away from a charging feline. What stands out about this picture is that the queen is sitting on a stool. She is not pictured on a throne. Has she lost her throne? Has she lost the ability to rule her people? Has she been usurped? At least she is wearing clean, and very fancy underwear for her fall.
