Hey Diddle Diddle

Formal Musician Vaulting Cow

ECLIPSE Image Number 01650002

The costuming of these characters creates an interesting juxtaposition. The “fiddle” player, dressed in formal attire, is looking over his shoulder, somewhat perturbed by the distraction of a cow in a colorful gym tunic attempting to pole-vault over the moon. Notice how the eyes, the two sharp claws, and the teeth of the cat give a slightly sinister look to this very sophisticated cat.
