Wildsmith’s disproportionably large cow clearly makes her the dominant character. Her quizzical expression with those eyes looking right at the viewer and the flapping ears and udders against the deep blue sky and the puzzled, if not frightened, expression on the new moon below add humor to this picture. It’s a good thing this cow is in flight over the moon, because it doesn’t look as if her spindly legs would support her on solid ground. Look for interesting details in the images of minor characters on the white “stage” below.
