Bibliography
This Bibliography offers a range of materials, from scholarly articles about emergent literacy, to how-to books for conducting programs for infants in libraries, to book selection guides which introduce developmentally appropriate materials to parents, caregivers, and others who work with children. Some of the works below are considered classics; some are quite old but still considered useful; some are considered cutting edge research. The oldest, historical items offer a context for the other pieces. Beginning With Mother Goose [ http://www.vermontbook.org/mgbw.html ] Anderson, Jim. and Lee Gunderson.
