Initial Designs and Responsibilities

At the first meeting of the project team, P.I. Kay Vandergrift presented several diagrams and flow charts, some drawn hastily on the blackboard, to share her vision of the design and content of the ECLIPSE websites. She also distributed a paper suggesting the responsibilities of team members. These documents were intended to be introductions and tentative overviews and began to be revised in that first meeting. They did, however, serve as guides as the team began the process of working together.
